CLC / Project enquiry / Pakistan

CLC blocks.
Begin with the wall.

For CLC blocks and lightweight block enquiries in Pakistan, describe the wall as a complete assembly: its purpose, support, openings, connections and finish.

01 / Celbloc and CLC

Historical experience. A project-specific discussion.

Celbloc is part of SEED Materials' historical cellular lightweight concrete work. The existing project record includes a CLC plant and block-production photographs. Historical photographs and brochures do not confirm current stock, available sizes, output or lead time.

This page focuses on enquiries for non-load-bearing partitions and masonry infill. It does not offer a load-bearing block specification. Increasing block thickness or quoting a density does not establish structural capacity.

02 / Wall brief

Give the wall enough definition.

Geometry and use

Identify internal or external location, wall length and height, proposed thickness, openings and approximate quantity. Explain whether this is a new wall or a change to an existing layout.

Interfaces and finishes

Identify the supporting structure, proposed restraints and connections, doors and windows, services and intended plaster, render, paint or tile finish.

Ask the responsible designer to resolve movement provisions, support details, opening details and fixing requirements. Do not assume that a mortar, anchor or finishing system specified for another block will suit the proposed CLC product.

03 / Before procurement

Confirm the product and the acceptance basis.

  • Current block dimensions, tolerances, grade and availability.
  • Density and strength documentation for the actual proposed product, with the test basis identified.
  • Handling, storage, installation and finishing guidance applicable to that product.
  • Any project-required fire, acoustic or thermal evidence for the relevant wall assembly.
  • Sample or mock-up requirements, inspection arrangements and the designer's acceptance.

No strength, fire rating, thermal value, certification or standard block size is promised here. Request the current technical submission before specifying or purchasing.

What changes a block quotation?

Provide the project location, dimensions, wall quantity, delivery access and required timing. State whether you are enquiring about material supply only or also want to discuss installation responsibilities. Supply, installation and logistics must be confirmed separately; an enquiry is not a booking.

There is no published CLC block price on this page. Compare offers against the same dimensions, grade, delivery scope and supporting evidence, rather than treating a price per block as a complete wall cost.

If your drawing specifies AAC, first read the CLC and AAC distinction. If you need a poured build-up rather than blocks, use the lightweight screed and fill guide.
